Renting Policies

Below is an abbreviated version of our renting policies. A complete listing of rules, regulations and disclosure is provided to tenant and shall supercede any policies made on the website. Please contact us if you have any specific questions.

Pets

Up to two cats are permitted per apartment. Cat owners are required to pay a $150 refundable deposit and $25 per month additional rent charge per cat. Dogs are not allowed.

Rent Payment

Rent is due on or before the first of the month.

Security Deposit

Security deposit is $300. A total of $100 is due with application. The remaining $200 is due on lease signing.

Smoking

Smoking is allowed in individual apartment homes, but is prohibited in all common areas.

Drug Free Provisions

Tenant, and guests of tenant, shall not engage in any illegal drug related activity on or around the premises.
